I’ve submitted an original ticket providing:

Accurate account information about balances; Transaction history as best as i can remember; The last time I was actually on the account; Drivers license; ALL of my available currencies and their amounts.

What does KUcoin agents do? – Close my fucking ticket without any reply other than a generic macro.

I don’t understand how im not validated to receive support when i literally submitted my drivers license and All that other information. Like what kind of shit show is KCS running?

Want to know why they aren’t supporting me? – because I don’t remember the fucking date in which i created my god damned account.

Can anyone explain to me why that information is so much more valuable compared to ALL the other information, so much more valubale that they didnt even attempt to give me a shred of support.

What a fucking joke, im so pissed.

i’ve also re-opened the ticket asking for someone to literally just talk to me. like a fucking human and i just get auto closed tickets.

EDIT: thank fucking god i didnt delete the email welcoming me to KCS. I re-opened my ticket and told the fucking twats the date i created my account. so lets see what excuse they give me, to not provide any support next.

Like seriously, i gave you my fucking ID. can’t you go into my account on the admin side, validate that I submitted the same ID as previously or atleast im the same man with the same information on it. then GIVE ME SOME DAMN SUPPORT? WHAT THE FUCK MAN!?!

    I’m having the same issue.

    They are requesting all transation history AND exactly amount of each coin purchased…

    WHAT?!!! how the hell am i supposed to know?!!!!! I provided all my info KYC and all. Including sign up date AND deposit history.

    The support staff is telling me too look through my email and provide “trade history” and i told him Kucoin doesn’t send trade history every time you make a trade to your email… wtf

    You did save your 16 digit key right? If yes, there should be no problem with any 2FA issues that you will have.

    Kucoin Support has no idea what they’re doing, about anything.

    I’ve never had issues using 2FA anywhere except with their crap setup, and after multiple emails and live support tickets started – they still can’t even issue a response after a month’s time…

    to a 2FA problem that magically only occurs if I try to withdraw coins from the account.

    Thank the god I don’t believe in that I always put only a pittance of coins on any new exchange… Kucoin is certified trash, and given the amount of trouble reported from various users about their accounts’ handling, I would stay far, far, away unless you want to end up giving them your coin as a tax-free donation.
