Listing criteria for coin/token $SHIT “ShitCoin”

Hi, I bought a memecoin that trades solely on XT.com Hotbit and Uniswap currently.

I was wondering what the listing criteria is for Binance? I know the chances are slim to none given the coin’s tiny market cap and no utility, but I was curious. It’s an ERC20 token w verified contract (if that helps) per it’s Coingecko profile https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/shitcoin

Thanks for any help you can share on getting this listed on a major exchange!
