Missed deposit of HOT (Holo)

Huobi has the same symbol HOT for different erc20 token HYDRO. In binance HOT means HOLO, not HYDRO. So I sent HOT from binance to the ERC20 address in huobi at 20th January. And since then I am not able to return my coins back. Support only send me ”the processing plan is still under development” for last 2 months.
I agree that it was my fault, but in deposit page there was no information that HOT means Hydro.
I kindly ask you for manual recovery of my funds.
