I went to download my trade history but found it’s dependent on the current coin/token options and some of it is now missing.

For example Neo’s ICO RPX has been recently swapped to PHX token. On Kucoin there used to be a NEO / RPX market, but there is no NEO / PHX.

So because there is no market, my trade history for NEO / RPX is gone.

I downloaded my entire All / All transaction history but it’s missing there too.

​

Is there a way I’m missing that shows historic coin actions?

    Hello cailumxv! Users will not be able to see the trade history for swapped or delisted tokens, but if you need the previous trading history you can submit a request to our support and they will provide you the Missing Trade History for swapped tokens.
