You also got oracles as te back boné as the crypto finance we know! Besides the king LINK, there are plenty of interesting broad alternatives like Dia and Band.
I also agree with VET as a cool one as a versatile L1 with focus on supply chains

I see Aleph Zero everywhere. And they are building a new blockchain network. Worth to give it a look.
Ergo – POW, EUTXO, nipopows, it’s like etherium, ada, and bitcoin in one blockchain. It’s the easiest to build on for devs and is GPU minable/asic resistant. The devs are communicating constantly and the blockchain is open source and so are most the dapps. It was also fair launch so no VC pump and dump. It’s the closest thing to bitcoin in regards to its classification but it’s light years more functional and scalable.

CTSI in my opinion is very interesting considering it’s use cases. Cartesi is helping web2 developers to build decentralized applications with familiar programming languages. dApps built on Cartesi benefit from its content and computational scalability including those using AI / ML models.
DAFI is. DAFI appears to many as a regular single-side staking platform, but it’s way more than that. Reading thru its recent roadmap and announcement, I see that this could be the first DEX that’s going to be so similar to the regular cex platforms there are today however with people still able to keep their anonymity.

Why? For providing the ability to code smart contracts using non-web3 languages, like python, lua, c++.
Crypto payment projects like Utrust have always been interesting to me, because of the usecase. AI projects are now a big hype, and although OCEAN has always been interesting, data farming is an innovative option IMO. Oracle projects LINK and DIA also, their integration in the NFT space, but also with DIA xLSD, more possibilities for DeFi open up.
You can explore the arbitrum ecosystem before it’s launch. Its corresponding, scalability is driving fresh ideas. GRAIL is not just a random DEX, it’s providing tools that enable them to launch, bootstrap liquidity, and sustain their growth. Heard it was listed on some CEX which includes MEXC, Bitget and BKEX.

It’s Ride for me, still the first to integrate metaverse into moving vehicles with VR tech.
CUDOS seems like an interesting project in the crypto space with its decentralized network for computing and storage resources. It’s innovative approach to creating a more efficient and decentralized ecosystem is definitely worth keeping an eye on.
I would say Sylo, definitely like where its going! A decentralized communication and data exchange network that ensures data sent through their messenger app are encrypted and isn’t prone to being hacked or being sold out like most communication companies.
Hashflow HFT interesting for me, still in progress but so far I think It will gmi.
CryptMi is quite interesting, they are redefining crypto payments as they offer amazing loyalty rewards in form of NFTs.

Ore Network.
It’s an on-chain ID management service and they can help make DeFi a whole less complicated which will eventually lead to better adoption.
