Hello everybody,

I have lost access to my Binance account without any prior notice or any latter comment! just can’t log in again and I still have no idea why!
It all began on the 28th of April, I got my account locked, then i tried reactivating it providing the required info as requested and waited a couple of days then got this email (on the 1st of May. ) saying:
Hello, your reactivate application is denied. The reason: Abnormal IP address, please resubmit application.

when I received that response I was traveling to another country where I submitted my info for the second time on the 1st of May, got the same reply (maybe this caused my account be marked stolen?) I tried again today when i got back to my home country and still got the same reply.

Chat support keep leaving my conversations once they hear my email address and the problem, they even close my chat window! (what kind of support is this?!) every time I send a request for a ticket I receive nothing back! just a request to review support few days later, i did replied to the auto generated mail… my tickets were: 1444424, 1444629, 1457920, 1457991!

can anyone help me get my account back please?

here is a better explanation for my issue:

I got my account locked, and I can’t reactivate it because of the IP address has changed, I keep getting this mail:
Hello, your reactivate application is denied. The reason: Abnormal IP address, please resubmit application.

I know this might look like the account has been hacked but I am the only owner of this account and i can prove it:

1. I have a list of all the IP addresses I EVER logged in from, I can send it to you.
2. I have a list of all the transactions (deposits/withdrawals) I ever made, i can send it.
3. I have changed my google authentication code almost one month ago because i bought a new phone, i still have the old authentication code and can provide it. I also still have my old phone and can use it to log in from it if needed.
4. I have submitted a reactivation request from another country (UAE) on 1/5/2019, I was travelling there and I am ready to provide all documents to prove I did (visa, tickets, anything)
5. If you manually compare my submitted documents, you will clearly match it with the documents I activated the account with like 2 years ago.

I just can’t get the any of the exact same IPs I logged in from before, my ISP can’t do that. it’s been 2 weeks and i am losing money, this is all the money i have.

maybe you can look at my mac address to prove this is my account too (not sure if this is possible).

Thanks!

P.S. I really don’t like wasting my or your time, just tell me what’s wrong before you DELETE MY POST again!

There are a variety of reasons why your account may have been restricted. Customer service will review your situation and follow up with you as soon as they are able to do so.

Please Binance dudes help the man, don’t let us lose our faith in your plateform

I also like to travel and would hate to be in the same situation, OTP is enough security…

I reached out to the binance support admin on their telegram, and they fixed my issue when I was locked out of my account as well. They make you go through a KYC and send pictures of yourself with the date and time with things to write etc, then they asked for my support ticket number. Resolved my issue in 15 minutes, hope that helps.

I’ve seen so many posts like this, I’ve been using binance for 2 years and not once have I ran into a problem, not saying he’s lying but this seems to be a trend for thieves m

Why do people still leave their funds on exchanges again?

never ever leave your crypto on an exchange…

you must put it in a personal wallet that you own and cannot be shut down.

ive made this mistake before in like 2012 I left some Bitcoin on a darknet exchange and when the exchange went offline everyone lost their crypto.

basic rule #1 of using cryptocurrency is to deposit your funds to your own wallet.

He was willing to lose it once transferring from his personal wallet to a centralized wallet, who’s fault exactly is that? Although he had no intentions on losing access to his funds, it’s a centralized server with a centralized set of rules.

Don’t panic, just wait until our 1700 turn in to 17000 bucks.
If this happens it means I’m already dirty rich and offline… Wish u luck as ur success is my success
