My bank account got blocked after a p2p merchant filed a complaint against me.

I am from India and a few days ago I did a small P2P transaction on binance and I received the amount from the seller afterwards I released the funds and the transaction was completed. After a few days I got a message from my bank that my account was blocked and I contacted them. I found that the seller lodged a police complaint against me for fraud. How do I go about fixing this situation.
The bank asked me to contact the seller or police via email. I obviously know that the seller will only blackmail me.

I guess if you have certificate of the transaction from you bank all must be ok
