I cannot withdraw due to getting an “incorrect answer” on my questions. I have made multiple withdraws before with the same answers and now they do not work. Is anyone else having this issue?

    I suggest you to recall your answer to your security questions very well. There are some cases that others have entered their answer with Capital letters or special characters, those can be a big factor. If it still didn’t work, I think you need to contact their support team.

    I’m having the same problem, emailed their team and they told me to provide the answers and they’ll reset them for me.

    Slightly concerning because I’m either thinking google autofilled and changed it for me. Or I’m not sure what happened, since its just numbers capital letters don’t make a difference.

    I have the same issue. I attempted a withdrawal, I was asked to answer a security question and received a pop up with ” incorrect answer” . Subsequently, I received the same reponses upon answering all three questions. These are answers that cannot be forgotten about “which school” or “first pet” To contact support I had to complete an incomprehensible and tedious form whereupon they requested a laundry list of documents and personal and historical information regarding my trading account……I felt I was being phished! I think I need to find a way to contact a true Kucoin team member who should be able to resolve this easily.

    Had the same problem before. Sent several complaints to Kucoin support with nary a response. Then one day I typed the same answer, which for several days got me “incorrect answer”, all the while praying to the crypto gods to please let me go through this time, and amazingly, my answer was accepted. Immediately, I withdrew my bitcoin and transferred it to a safer wallet. I was traumatized.

    Been there also, I try to reset it with the update button and it worked. So I am now using a new set of security questions/answers
