Hi ,

I recently moved out from US to India and need to update my Mobile number associated with the Binance account since i have enable SMS [Authentication.](https://Authentication.MY) My US Mobile Number is deactivated now and only have India Number active.

I tried to create ticket via [https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/requests/new](https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) , but after entering the details and on clicking Submit button , nothing seems to happen.Neither a pop up came with the ticket ID nor did i get an email with the ticket details.I do not know how to get this addressed to the Binance Support team and what steps needs to be taken next to resolve.Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

    If you are unable to submit a ticket, either you are not filling out a required field or there is a browser-related issue, such as an extension.

    Regardless, you should not need to open a support ticket for this issue. You may follow the same steps outlined in our Reset Google 2FA article: https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003585911-How-to-reset-Google-2FA
