No help to get if you having problems with your account. No answers given.

I have been trying to get in touch with customer support for months now. Only getting answers that they are looking at my case and nothing is happening. They put restrictions on my account and I am willing to provide all information they need, but nobody is getting in touch with me. What is going on Bitstamp?

    Since there seem many cases such as yours, I am wondering what the issue is with all these account freezings. They must have given you a reason in the first mail, no? They didn’t ask any information at all?

    Did this happen when you sent fiat to to Bitstamp or crypto? And if it was crypto, did you buy this crypto on Bitstamp previously or elsewhere? With your crypto wallet did you interact with any services, mixer, smart contracts etc that might get flagged as suspicious?
