NO SUPPORT FROM BITSTAMP

I have reached out to Bitstamp regarding a simple request for support, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. This lack of communication feels unprofessional and undermines the confidence in Bitstamp’s reliability. Is this usual from trustworthy financial institutions?

    Hi there, sorry to hear that. Our team is dealing with an increase of cases, that’s why it takes longer for them to reply. Can you PM me your ticket number so I can look into your case?

    In my experience they take minimum 3 weeks to answer. I once tried to ask the same simple question to Kraken and Bitstamp, Kraken answered in 15 minutes, Bitstamp in 3.5 weeks. That being said, that doesn’t mean they are untrustworthy, it just means they have an extremely bad support. Definitely unprofessional.

    Im waiting waiting waiting for them to enable me to withdraw. Ive a fully verified account and yet i had to have a video suck egg call and that was on March 1st. Im totally unimpressed. Never had to go through this BS from any other exchange!

    Same here, I’ve been waiting for more than a month to verify my proof of address. And my trading and withdraws have been suspended for nearly 3 months. The support gives me almost no information, really it starts looking like a fraud

    Locked up my crypto for withdrawal. Required interview to open it.

    Took 2 weeks and five tries to get a slot.

    One hour interview they hung up.

    Scheduled another. They were no show.

    Called CS after locked another week. They had my ID verified by my head shot and DL

    Had “no idea” when they would get around to opening my account.

    Sad, so sad!

     They did an incredible helping me get back my funds from what seems to have already been lost; Absolutely mind blowing. Thank you for your work, you have done an excellent job, I am very happy with the service and input. I appreciate the never ending support thank you for your enthusiasm, Getting back 11,000$ worth of crypto seem like an impossible thing to do but this team made it possible, I’ll recommend them without hesitation.
