Paid almost 40$ in withdraw fee for Bounty and the transaction failed

Tried to withdraw some Bounty. Paid an enormous 40 USD for this and it failed. Not just that it’s blocked, it FAILED. And the transaction from Kucoin said it succeeded. They don’t even check the transaction status. Of course, I didn’t receive any response from support. 40 $ and for an “out of gas” error.
