Do I pay the fee once I place the order or once the order is completed? Meaning if I make an order and cancel it before completion, do I still pay the order fee?

    Hi Grrossi! The charge (0.1%) will be taken from the asset that you bought. Also, if any part of your order did not proceed, the charge will be fully refunded upon cancellation.

    no, it takes from the asset that you purchase

    from their site:
    “0.1% (Will charge from the asset you bought)”

    I’m pretty sure it’s only when the order goes completed.
    Try to cancel an order. See it yourself. It has no any fee.

    You don’t need to pay for that. Unless it was able to complete it, Then that’s the time you need to pay for.

    As per the KuCoin website: 0.1 will be charged from the asset you bought.
