Re: Binance BCC hardfork
This is from Binance: “Binance would like to confirm support for the upcoming Bitcoin Cash hard fork. We will take a snapshot of all Bitcoin Cash balances at UNIX time 1542300000, 2018/11/15 4:40:00 PM (UTC).”
This is from BCC: “When the median time past [1] of the most recent 11 blocks (MTP-11) is greater than or equal to UNIX timestamp 1542300000”
I understand the hard fork don’t happen at 1542300000. It should happen like 6*average time needed to build a BCC block. But it seems that Binance is offering the extra coin to those who had BCC at UNIX time 1542300000.
How fast does the snapshot of the internal database of Binance happen? I expect a heavy ‘sell the news’ reaction once the actual chain is forked and don’t really want to hold through that.
Is Bitconnect (BCC) harforking after all this time?
I’ve lost faith in humans….
