I want to take a moment to recognize u/symbiotic_bnb, so u/Binance take note! He/she is shining example of how to never deal with customers. Go-to phrases like “butthurt, lazy, ignorant” and a slew of childish and tantrum induced posts towards your customers is a great way to retain them. I know as a customer I always enjoy talking to my cell phone company, local Target store, or whatever and getting insulted by the employees; that keeps me coming back every time.

    I love that guy. Plenty of help, and an all around nice dude. Have yet to see a single phrase like like “butthurt, lazy, ignorant” from him.

    When a user asks for some help his/her reply was “How about checking our announcements?” So rude! Also that comment has 20+ down votes. symbiotic_bnb has some attitude issues which needs to be addressed or should be fired.
