Although Binance replied me in timely manner before & solved my little problem, I must say that I’ve experienced similar stuff with other exchanges and it’s super frustrating.
The fact that almost all centralized exchanges cannot be held accountable or it’s very hard to hold them accountable is super annoying.
They’re like this anonymous deep web entity that doesn’t have a number to call or an office to visit for most world users. I know in some jurisdictions, some are registered and can be sued.
Nevertheless they continue to be the God and decide at their whim what they wanna decide.
I hope they all get regulated soon in each and every country they operate.

I have dealt with this usually just when i start thinking i have been scammed they respond – also worth noting a lot of ticketing systems will push your ticket to the back of the queue every-time you respond so usually best to wait it out a bit first

Honestly, this just came to me, but you should try sending your emails with them translated in their native language. Feed them a fluffed up sweet message and see how far that gets you…Gl and sorry you have to deal with that. I have been there ✌️
It’s only a matter of time before binance causes an explosion larger than FTX. It’s a shame because it doesn’t have to be that way. As soon as they opened up in the US I bailed out. Lost out in a fortune dumping all that bnb but whatever.

Not enough that would flag up as ‘risk control’. Issue was first discovered when I could no longer buy crypto in which I was told to convert it- still didn’t work. Then customer just went ghost and that’s when I tried to withdraw and couldn’t.
Wow I got better response from HitBTC, who allowed me to deposit crypto and USD before telling me US customers can’t trade there any more. They at least initially replied and told me to GFY. I finally got the funds back after a couple months of back and forth submitting photos of me with my ID with my exchange acct on the screen in the background and a copy of an email they sent…..
I hate to say it but I may go with Kraken or something else because I submitted an application to open an account like 2 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten approved. Free BTC trading sounds awesome since I’m looking to actively trade but with how much of my money I’m willing to put in I don’t know if it’s worth it anymore.

Took them about 21 days to get back and resolve my issue.

Keep your coins off exchanges unless you’re actively trading. I learned this the hard way a few years back…

This is why I’m switching to Coinbase One. $29 a month subscription, or extremely reduced fees. At least they have customer service. Also, Kraken.

I like how they only have a time stamp and no date stamp. Helps to have plausible deniability when disgruntled customers post screen grabs lol.
