SEPA WITHDRAWAL ”IN PROCESS” FOR DAYS NOW, SUPPORT NOT RESPONDING MESSAGES

I wrote about this in the Bitstamp subreddit but this seems to be the official one.. So I guess it’s worth to try also here since none of the Bitstamp support channels are responsing my messages and im starting to freak out.. So as the title says, my SEPA withdrawal has been stuck in ”in process” stage for days now, and I can’t even cancel it.. Havent got any info about possible delays, never had issues before with withdrawals. Tried to reach the support via email and twitter but they are not responding?? Very bad experience, this is big money for me and feels terrible that the support is ignoring my messages. The email ticket number i got in the auto reply was BIT-46233. What is wrong?
