Hi. I’m new to Binance and I would like to report some issues that I’d encounter.

  1. Some Country Codes are missing when I try to activate the SMS 2FA. My country it’s listed (Dominican Republic) but with only one Country Code (+1809) and we have 3. The Other two are +1829 and +1849 I’d opened the ticket #507018 for this. Please help as I’m trying to refer more people.

  2. Helpdesk platform issues. When you open a case at your helpdesk site, it’s automatically marked as solved.

  3. Firefox. I can not log from Firefox as the login page won’t show me the Puzzle. I’d read that this is expected behavior as Firefox isn’t supported. Please do so in a future.
