I check my support ticket everyday and struggle resisting the urge of adding to it. I need an outlet, I need help. /u/Bitstamp-Domen, please help.

I did what many have done. I sent xrp to btc/usd ripple address. I know it was my mistake and now my support ticket is pushing 3 weeks. I hurts when you see profit disappear day after day.
