Usd Deposit not credited.

I made a deposit on 9/24 for 5000.00. It normally takes 2-3 days for deposit to clear my Bitstamp account. It has now been 8 days. I opened a ticket 2 days ago and am being told that you are researching it. Can you advise how long this research takes? I have provided all the information that you requested.

    This has been resolved. Bitstamp support was great. I have faith in only 2 Exchanges and Bitstamp is one of them. I think all exchanges have hiccups here and there. It how they are dealt with and how well the support staff is trained that really matters. Thank you to Mr. Kodrič and the Bitstamp support staff for a job well done.
