I have been a user of Bitstamp since 2013 and am “verified”.

However, recently Bitstamp asked me to do an extended verification (proof of funds and crypto, etc.) due to a larger than usual withdrawal (ticket BIT-807274). I completed all the documents (and more) and submitted them for review. I replied several times to the support ticket but no answer at all. It has been 10 days now and I am still waiting with zero feedback from Bitstamp.

Could I at least know what is the average time for a response so I have a little idea of what to expect?

    Same story : I used to be verified, everything was fine they suddenly not. It took them three months to check my documents and… that was still not ok. They are now holding my money for no other reason than “because”. I can’t sent them more than I have.
