Webpage vs Server, not working

I run a script from a webpage to check my balance and it works fine. When i run the same script from my server (located in USA) i have error 451 (legal). Is this because the server is located in USA or there is other reason?

    I had a similar issue and I had to change the address for the websocket to data-stream.Binance.com to ensure I was only getting the data feed.
