Same from me in germany 1 year ago. U can use kucoin. Still sad story
There are other CEX without KYC like kucoin or bybit or even DEX like pancakeswap let you do futures. This is crypto, there is always a way
I think it’s likely due to regulatory or legal reasons and differences or other considerations. Idk ??
I’m on Asia so futures is still available here but if you wanted to really use Binance then I think you could use a VPN for that, but you could also use MEXC, thats what I’m using, its next to binance in the ranks for futures.
