I recently purchased Bitcoin via debit card successfully however when I attempted to withdraw I was prevented in doing so. I received no emails stating that there is
anything wrong with my account and after reaching out via phone call I was told that nothing appears to be wrong with my account. Having signed up for Bitstamp I
did not expect these kind of inconveniences to occur and having read some of the reviews it seems as though there are many users experiencing similar inconveniences as myself. A large platform such as Bitstamp should be offering better customer service
and inconveniences such as this is totally
unacceptable. I know find myself in a situation where my finances are trapped and I can gain any acccess.

    I am trying to withdraw my money since 2 months. I contacted the authorities (CSSF, see https://www.reddit.com/r/BitstampOfficial/comments/x9zggk/be_very_careful_with_bitstamp_i_do_not_trust_them/).

    Could it be a large scale scam? I am hearing more and more stories like that. See the most trusted independent reviews of the internet on

    I’ve experienced a similar situation in the past I would advise using more trusted platforms that will resolve the issue within a maximum of 24 hours
