Xmr not showing up when converting?

Hi,
I tried to buy XMR with fiat, it said I can’t do that, I need to buy USDT and then convert that into XMR.
Sure no worries, i buy the USDT, go to convert it and type XMR in and “no records found”
It can’t find XMR? Am I missing something here.. how can I convert my crypto into Xmr?
