Back in Dec/January I used your referral program for less than a WEEK and managed to bring over 160 new people to your exchange. Do you realize how much money that is? Fix your referral program and I’ll bring 16,000 in year easy. But it doesn’t seem like you guys really want to beat binance, you don’t want to grow your exchange’s volume to 10x of what it is now. You don’t want to have $45 or even $450 KuCoins.

You would rather just make a quick buck by paying us 1% of what was agreed on for referrals. You would rather have the referral program be broken entirely resulting in me getting no referrals anymore.

I want to help you, I’m on your side. So why do you downvote me?

    Man you need to stop posting so much. Why do you feel the need to make another new thread? The old one got boring?

    I think kucoin is being fair. I dont understand why you expect to get the same number of referrals as a you did during the biggest bull run crypto has seen.

    Did you ever think that you can’t get referrals anymore because people aren’t joining the crypto space in general the way they were months ago? If you were to refer someone to a site, would you refer them to Binance or KuCoin?

    Have you ever considered that maybe all the users that you brought to the platform just do not bring any volume to it? I still get very good referral payments because I actually attracted real traders and not some newcomers that stopped trading after mid of January.

    From your post there is no problem description, no qualitative evaluation but just a lot of complaining. Maybe come forward with real arguments. I bet you don’t even know how much volume is created by your referrals.

    You are not as important as you think. If you brought 160 people to the platform during the hype that is rather poor and does not make you as important as you might think you are.

    I completely agree. KuCoin needs to fix their shit. I’m pretty close to just starting my own exchange honestly…
