That’s why you should have placed that $20,000 USDT on a hard wallet like Ledger.
You have 2factor and it transferred out of account ? Did you receive an email notification about the action ? Any way you could have been compromised

On god I would not know what to do had that happened to me, I’d be freaking out. I have around 10k in dogelon coins on there, and though it might no be much, I’d be f’d if I lose them
I have opened a ticket for more than a month, for a “completed” COTI withdrawal but that the funds have never arrived and the txhash is non-existent on the blockchain. The support continues to answer me to be patient, for over a month! Ticket: 1564978 (COTI withdrawal)
