My 2F app was acting up and even the provider wasn’t able to recover it, so I had to manually add my individual accounts again.
Since I can’t login with KuCoin without 2F, I used the help and verification function. I uploaded all the necessary documents and a selfie with code, date and signature and still was denied access/recovery help. In the email I was asked to upload the same stuff again and also transaction records which I don’t have, since I don’t have any other accounts elsewhere. I replied to the email, explaining exactly that, no reply and service chat didn’t “pick up” after 2 hours…
Anyone else experienced this before and might be able to help me?
