hello,

I use google authenticator and i have been unable to log into my binance account. i have never had this issue before. when i login i enter my password and then when i enter my 2fa code from google authenticator it says verification error. this has never happened before, i have used this app to login many times. i did some research and see that others who have encountered this same problem needed to sync the time in the google authenticator app. i have done this. i have downloaded the app on other devices and get the same 2fa codes on multiple devices using the app. i have tried the authy app. does anyone have any other suggestions. i have my backup key saved for the 2fa . my email login and password work fine. its just the authenticator code keeps coming back as verification error on binance. i have tried using binance from multiple devices and get the same response.

    i have synced the clock. that is not the issue.

    i have confirmed the clock on my browser is synced. i have tried using binance on multiple laptops and browsers.

    i have used the google authenticator as well as authy, and even downloaded the authenticator in my browser.

    everytime i try to login i get verification error. my 2FA is not the issue. binance wont accept my 2FA code. i dont understand why.

    problem solved.

    ​

    the backup key i was using to restore my google 2FA. i was using Z instead of 2. user error. my fault. thanks for the help.
