4.5 DAYS and counting for Ethereum to appear in KuCoin address

So I sent roughly £50 of Ethereum as a tester to my Kucoin address and it has now been over 4.5 days and it still hasn’t appeared. I click on my Ethereum assets and there is just a loading spinner. Anyone else facing these issues. I appreciate KuCoin’s infrastructure is dealing with a surge of traffic…BUT 4.5 DAYS!
