Lost my 2FA and Seed and have ~8.14 BTC in account
[ad_1]
Yesterday I lost my phone, had to get a new one. I tried to log into Binance, but I cannot find the seed for my most recent 2FA. I only have my seed from my prior phone, which obviously doesn’t work.
I assume I am screwed here. But I have a few things to prove it is me:
* I know my account balance almost precisely
* I have recently downloaded a CSV of my binance trade history
* I made a withdrawal yesterday and I can verify the address that I made the withdrawal to.
And I have traded decent volume over the past year. Nothing too crazy, but maybe this helps me be a valued customer.
Do I have any way of getting back into my account?

Yeah sure, send me all that info and I’ll fix it for you.
Or ask binance support. This is reddit.
Binance can log you back in shoot them a message. They’ll ask for Id and stuff but you can get back in.
Did you go through verification? And do u remember ur id password and access to email account ?
I’m in the same situation, upgraded to a new phone and lost my 2FA — but to make matters worse, I haven’t logged in since springtime, don’t know my current account balance in terms of BTC, and don’t know what my most recent ETH transaction was. Is there any hope?
I failed the verification because I can’t recall this information and now I’m locked out of my account for 2 days.
Really appreciate any/all help.
I know this may sound weird but why not have 2 phones? I am sure you have an old phone that can download 2FA authenticator, and leave that phone at home and not bring it around with you. That I think is a huge precaution to losing your 2FA phone, and obviously together with having your seed written down somewhere safe.
A 2nd phone just for 2FA wont cost anything also if you buy it. Most old smartphones can do the work and cost less than a ledger.
i just finished my recover being now LOL

tried to answer all that questions the best i could
let’s see how many days i need to wait Binance!
Good luck Roolwith
This is why I use Authy. That way if I ever lose my phone I can log on from my computer and remove the 2FA from my phone as well as add new ones when needed.
