kucoin app 2FA button not working ?

Im trying to log into my kucoin account by providing my email and password which was correct, then it asks for google 2FA number which i currently dont posses. When on the app when i click “2FA unavailable” it just comes up with the error message “network error -100” and just sends me back to the log in page.

what can i do about this. My phone is currenlty up to date along with the Kucoin app
