I cant see SEPA Deposit on Binance

Hi all,

I am mainly trying to withdraw with SEPA but on the page for that it says first I need to deposit some amount with SEPA. And when I try to deposit EUR, it doesnt show SEPA as an option. Why could it be?

Also is there a different Binance Germany or Europe kind of application like Binance does with other countries.

    What? You need to use Binance.com for Germany. There is no different version for Europe.

    Choose “deposit fiat“ and go through the process. They’ll give you an IBAN and instructions on how to proceed. Then go to your banking app and wire the money as per their instructions. Depending on when you do this, it doesn’t take longer than 1 day until the funds show up in your wallet. Make sure to check the spot and funding wallet for your funds.

    Verify address in germany and you will be able to use sepa without a problem sepa is not available in turkey thats why you dont see the option first they send you a link where you reset your address then you need to upload a valid document

    Firstly, please be informed that even if we have types of Binance APP designed for some specific countries ( like trbinance for Turkey etc) we do not have a different APP other than the official Binance APP in Europe.

    Secondly, please be informed that SEPA is allowed only for residents of Europe(EU and EEA countries.) So, if you are in another country other than Europe, you can’t use SEPA and you’re allowed only for MC/Visa direct card withdrawals. If you are living in one of the EU or EEA countries, however your identity does not belong to a country of EU/EEA, in this case you need to verify your current address with a supported address document so that our system can recognize you as EU/EEA resident.

    Anyone already had a failed sepa on binance ? How long it takes to get the money back on bank account ?
