1. KuCoin website: Click “[Submit a Ticket](https://support.kucoin.plus/hc/en-us/requests/new)” on the homepage footer or select “[Submit a request](https://support.kucoin.plus/hc/en-us/requests/new)” in the KuCoin Help Center
2. KuCoin app: Go to Account in the top left corner, then select “Support” > “Submit A Request”

Please refrain from submitting multiple tickets.

    Over 3 months of our corporate account being locked without explanation or ETA to resolve. Talking with our lawyer now. #3814341

    Submitting tickets through “submit a request” is limited to given choices, sometimes you have questions outside these choices and then you get stock, because you can not submit a request. and then when you try to contact support through e-mail, you do not get an answer.

    hello, how will you handle upcoming usd stable coin ban? what will happen to all the stablecoins in european accounts? and will we lose acces to the trading pairs that were usd stable based?

    Hello, I have a KuCoin account, but I live in the US. I’ve been able to withdraw most of my coins to different wallets. But some don’t have good alternative options. KCS itself for instance. Is there a recommendation for being able to transfer my KCS out? Or is it possible to get it into USD or BTC on the app somehow? (Trading is disabled for me)

    – is there any plans to support the US market again? I do believe in the platform so hate to get rid of my KCS, but I fear losing full access.
