**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

Hi, I have been wanting to withdraw some BTC for a few days but the BNB (BEP2) network has been suspended the whole time. I don’t want to use the bitcoin network because the fees are extortionate. Any idea why this isn’t changing?
I would like to create a tradingview alert to my futures account, and I see following the documentation. That I today do not need a 3rd party broker anymore, which is super. my withdrawal has been blocked since November 22, 2023, I sent all the documents that the support service requested. They promised to solve my problem in 3 days, but after 3 days had passed they wrote that they did not have a deadline for checking me and just wait for an email. Almost 5 months have passed and I still haven’t received any support; the funds remain blocked in my account. Hi there! Hope you can help me out on this matter. If I go to wallet then spot and checking my balance let’s say for $FET. Going into today’s PNL and extend the timeframe (with customize option) from Jan 1st (this year) to today’s date then I scroll down and see the profits section which shows me -20 dollars. On the other hand if I go to spot trading and select the FET/USDT currency pair then going for trade analysis. Selecting the timeframe from Jan 1st (this year) to today’s date and here I can see my unrealized PNL is 70 USDT. What is this difference? -20 dollars vs 70 USDT. Which is the correct PNL?

How can I see my spot orders trade history ? I go to Spot orders->trade history but it only lets me see the last year. I want to have my whole trade history from the years prior. Even the “export” option does not allow more than a year? Why is it so difficult ?

Hi, I’m new to futures trading. I entered a short trade for less than 15 minutes and exited with what I thought was a 15 usdt profit, only to find out that it was more like 5 usdt. I checked the transaction history and noticed that commissions pretty much bled me dry:

Hi, i feel scammed a bit. Today i saw this new referral bonus, i thought it would be nice to claim 0.003 BTC so i referred Binance to my friend using my referral link. Everything went well at the beginning. My friend did the KYC and trade for more than 100$. Then i got to my referral centre to see if the bonus progressed and i got myself very unsatisfied with an information from binance that my referral has been rejected, because some Risk Check has failed. I don’t get it because my friend was precisely following the instructions. The best part is that on my friends account it shows that mission has been accomplished and she got the extra points for making all of the tasks and i got nothing but reject. It would be nice if someone here could help me resolve this issue, i tried to get some help on binance support, but consultant said that the system puts the risk check failure and its irreversible.

Binance is almost next FTX, they scammed me for $3500 which i had saved and invested in binance. Without any reason they blocked my account temporarily from past 80+ days in the name of violation of term and condition but did not share any reason and when i ask them anything they just told me ‘Its under review kindly wait for indefinite period’
There is no Ethical or moral code of conduct of Binance they first told me it will resolved in 3 days then 10 days then 1 month now they want me to wait indefinitely to access my funds.
I simply believe binance will gonna do same to all @Indian users as its almost banned by government and app store. I urge users to use decentralised wallet And spread the word that binance is doing scams. I will not stop until i get my hard earned money back.

My 100000$ account has been frozen for an unreasonable reason. They say the review is required for my account’s security, but it’s already been 50 days from it was frozen and I can’t believe how and why they do this to me.
And what I tried was to just sell my BTC long position. There was an error when I pressed the sell button so I tried to push it again and again and my account is locked. I couldn’t sell my position for more than 50 days and I’m watching a huge loss.
Still there is no contact, no update at all, 95% of their answer is just copied one. Today I got the copied same message too. Their chatting system is completely useless. Don’t believe this at all.
I followed their chats but they said the review requires less than 14 days, after 14 days they said it requires max 30 days, and after 30 days now anybody of them don’t know when THE REVIEW ends. So it might not end till I die.
they now are talking like they would send the update via e-mail, but no e-mail came to me for more than a month. And nothing solved but they arbitrarily close the chat, pretending the case is solved.
They also threatens you like this:

whether you chat or not what they do is nothing. It just shows their service is bullshit and they are unfaithful.
IF you are reading this comment, the customers of Binance, you MUST know that Binance don’t give any attention to their customer’s problem. It is the worst expierence that I’ve ever got as a customer. You MUST FIND some better place to put your important money except Binance. Their service quality is exactly same as some fraudulent – SCAM – websites. Please don’t be a foolish victim like me.
