**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

my withdrawal has been blocked since November 22, 2023, I sent all the documents that the support service requested. They promised to solve my problem in 3 days, but after 3 days had passed they wrote that they did not have a deadline for checking me and just wait for an email. Almost 4 months have passed and I still haven’t received any support; the funds remain blocked in my account. Why hasn’t my problem been solved for 4 months, and judging by reddit, I’m not the only one who is simply blocked by Binance. Give me my money and let’s say goodbye to you.

Please tell me why I don’t have an option to withdraw? Been trying for 6 months and no joy
My account has been frozen for an unreasonable reason. They say the review is required for my account’s security, but it’s already been 1 month from it was frozen and I can’t believe how and why they do this to me.
And what I tried was to just sell my BTC long position. There was an error when I pressed the sell button so I tried to push it again and again and my account is locked.
I tried to chat with their CS team but they do nothing to this problem. I doubt they are being lazy and exactly do nothing to solve this problem.
They started sending me the same message like spammers. more than 4-5 times they are just sending same messages to buy time.
Still there is no contact, no update at all, 95% of their answer is just copied one. Even 95% of their chat is just same copied one but it requires more than 5 minutes to get their each answer.
I followed your chats but it said the review requires less than 14 days, after 14 days they said it requires max 30 days, and after 30 days now anybody of them don’t know when THE REVIEW ends. So it might not end till I die.

Today they say close the chat and they will send the update via e-mail, but I can’t believe this at all. I sure if I close the chat then they wouldn’t send any e-mail to me for more than 4 years.

I have BNB on the Binance Beacon Chain, I’m trying to unstake so I can migrate to smart chain but I can’t unstake. Trust wallet browser extension gives me the error:

I also can’t seem to use anything other than trust wallet to unstake. [bnbchain.org](https://bnbchain.org/) forces people to use trustwallet and it’s not letting me use the older BNB Chain wallet which I’m sure would work for this as this is what I used to stake in the first place.
What do I do? I’ve been trying this since yesterday.
I also can’t seem to use the trust wallet mobile app because it doesn’t support the ledger nano s. It wants a QR code to connect and that’s not how ledgers work.

I recently learned that when the funding rate is positive in a short position, I receive funding fee, but where does the funding fee go?
It definitely doesn’t seem to be coming into my wallet. It’s probably going into the short position margin balance, but does that mean the coins received as funding fee are also affected by the position and leverage?
For example, if I received 10XRP as funding fee and XRP drops by about 10%, will the received 10XRP become 11XRP? Or, since funding fee is not a contract, does it remain as 10XRP? If it remains the same, is there a way to realize only the XRP received as funding fee?

I’m finding it really hard to use Binance.
I need help with the following to start with please.
1, How do I see the price and dates I made my purchases on Binance? When I try to select dates under Orders – Transaction History, it limits it to 1year but refuses the dates I choose when even less than a year.
2, Why isn’t Binance sending my buy info to Coinstats even though I’ve put in the correct API? I had the connection set up about two years ago but it’s not updating so I tried to do a new one but still get the same error, Invalid API-key, IP, or permissions for action.
3, How do I compare the price when I bought the cryptoasset and the value today to confirm whether or not to sell?

I see SOL withdrawals have been intermittently suspended since 4 march and they are currently suspended. I have set an alert to be alerted when they open again.

Binance is almost next FTX, they scammed me for $3500 which i had saved and invested in binance.
Without any reason they blocked my account temporarily from past 80+ days in the name of violation of term and condition but did not share any reason and when i ask them anything they just told me ‘Its under review kindly wait for indefinite period’
There is no Ethical or moral code of conduct of Binance they first told me it will resolved in 3 days then 10 days then 1 month now they want me to wait indefinitely to access my funds.
I simply believe binance will gonna do same to all @Indian users as its almost banned by government and app store. I urge users to use decentralised wallet And spread the word that binance is doing scams.

The app has changed significantly since I last downloaded it. There used to be a button above the home button making everything (crypto conversion withdrawal etc.) Significantly more user friendly. That is gone now after my latest reinstall making the app a complete hassle to use. Is this an issue on my end?
