**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

Please refrain from leaving multiple messages in this thread if your case has already been escalated.

**2. Security issues**

● Report hacked accounts and funds.

● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.

● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

**4. US persons accessing old Binance.com accounts for offboarding & withdrawal of funds**

● Your funds are SAFU. If you experience issues with withdrawing remaining funds, follow the above steps to get to our live chat queue – our agents will try our best to assist you with the offboarding.

**5. Trading system and other account issues**

● Spot, margin & futures trading

● P2P disputes

● Binance Visa Card transactions

● Unable to complete KYC

● Any other issues

    Hello, so i’ve got this problem when people trying to make order person to person trading, these some people trolling, wasting my and other’s time and locking up recourses, making these orders where they notify binance that they paid the person and requests the money or crypto back, then I’m checking my bank account that has still no update and when I’m trying to cancel the order after knowing their just trolling and locking my order, i must then contact support and try to cancel this false order from them wasting my time and locking up my recourses for days.

    The counterparty condition where accounts must be older than 60 days or have at least 0.1 BTC in their balance, i think these are not good enough conditions to stop these trollers. Because they’re being exploited by them easily and still do the trolling.

    I have some ideas that i want them to be implemented and those are
    -in last 30 days have at least 10/50/100 numbers of trade
    -having more than 90-95% successful tradings
    -in last 30 days the account must have 3 or 5 low order cancellations

    Please, consider my ideas or maybe new conditions similar to them, it would make p2p trading much more easier and stop most of the trollers because they can’t keep up with these.

    I would like to make payments with my Visa Mastercard but I always receive this message, regardless of whether I am on computer or mobile or whether I use fiat or not:

    The card you are using is not supported, please try another card (Visa) (RC000005)

    How can I stop this error message from appearing and be able to use Binance?

    Hello, I’m contacting you here because after 3 weeks of waiting, withdrawals from my Binance account containing most of my funds are still disabled. I have provided all the information requested by customer service from day one, but since then, radio silence.

    Every day I recreate a ticket in the hope of speeding up the process and recovering my funds as quickly as possible, and each time, I am transferred from department to department until the ticket is closed and I am asked to leave a note.

    My funds are blocked and I can’t talk to anyone competent. I find this alarming coming from such a reputable platform.

    Having just got married 1 month and 2 weeks ago, I desperately need to get my money back, and this situation worries me to no end about my future and that of my couple.

    Please help me by upvoting this post, the last ticket I created was #113509102.

    I am unable to transfer my LTC from binance web 3 wallet to my binance main account (or any other wallet).

    The error is ” Your transaction has failed: TX decode failed. Make sure the tx has at least one input.[604005]”

    Hi, I always deposit using BANK TRASFER (SEPA) using quick transfer to the same IBAN:

    Paysafe Payment Solution Ltd – IBAN: LU06408**************6 – BIC: BCIRLULLXXX

    And I usually receive money on Binance in a few minutes, but not today. I went on the the deposit page and I saw the BANK TRASFER (SEPA) IBAN is changed:

    UAB Bifinity – IBAN: LT03339***************1 – BIC: BVINBGCB

    There is no way to open a request on Binance about this topic and is truly frustrating to not be able to reach out some one own your money.

    What can I do?

    I can’t reset my 2FA key. I have received security codes on phone and Email, but when I have to put in ID (passport) I get the following message when choosing “Denmark”:

    ” Verification is not supported by any documents in this country/region, please select another country/region. “

    EUR Fiat service activation fails with a generic error. Can’t deposit or withdraw EUR.

    I’ve tried both on desktop and mobile. On many different days. Account has passed enhanced due diligence and has the highest level of verification available on Binance.

    Case has been open for weeks, issue not resolved. Please help with this.

    i can transfer from binanceTR -> binance.

    where is the account to account transfer in binance global? is it removed?

    before 10/23, I transferred USDC from coinbase to binance on polygon network. The contract was 0x3c499c542cEF5E3811e1192ce70d8cC03d5c3359 which is native USDC. I didn’t receive USDC in my binance account. I read binance accouncement that they started supporting c3359 starting 10/23. Will I be able to retrieve my funds without cost or do I need to deposit 200 BUSD for recovery?

    **Case ID 113774447**

    I had a Simple Earn subscription of a certain amount of USDT for many days. It had accumulated interest/rewards.

    I then made another subscription of also USDT, but a small amount. This new subscription appears in my Earn subscription history, however the asset from that new subscription **does not appear in my Earn wallet**. It’s gone missing, I can’t even redeem it (it says only the total that I had before the new subscription).

    The total USDT asset from that new subscription was less than the total rewards of the other subscription. I think this causes a bug in the Simple Earn system.
    I want the assets from that small subscription back, I can’t see it in my assets anymore. It’s gone missing.
