**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

I still can’t access my funds. The long story is that I’ve deposited 480 EUR to my verified Binance from a bank account in my name. Haven’t traded anything at all. 6 months later my account was blocked and Binance doesn’t let me withdraw money despite providing all possible ID documents, videos etc.
The case has now been ongoing for 6 weeks (!!) with zero updates. I’ve escalated it to you almost a month ago and you’ve told me it’ll be expedited, but there has still been zero update.
How is that OK for Binance to just sit on someone’s funds, provide no timeline for resolution and no update for a month since the case was supposedly escalated?
I’d be very grateful if you can please do something about it as this is totally unreasonable. I’ve escalated the case to you before in another thread but there is no update and that thread is old and you are no longer replying there.

Is Binance still in contact with PaySafe or did they cut all ties? I tried to reach out to PaySafe but got no answer so far. It looks more and more like PaySafe is straight up trying to steal customer EUR funds.
Any other people here affected by the PaySafe situation? Has anyone been able to contact PaySafe?
I have a simple query. I am a UK citizen and I would like a way to access accurate Binance Futures data for use on a pretty well-known platform (ATAS) – beyond anything I cannot trade on the Binance web site. Allow me to explain. ATAS provided Binance Futures data is pretty lagged much of the time particularly at important times making estimating order flow for trading in the present with crucial up-to-date order flow at other exchanges a challenge – my exchange practically matches Binance PA so Binance data is very relevant. I want only read access to Binance Futures with absolutely no write at all for anything including spot (though I dearly wish I could use Binance as my favourite exchange).
An API key would make this possible and I was wondering if such a thing is possible for people who want no part of trading futures with Binance – perhaps through a global API or allowing a limited API for a primary spot account. Is that in any way possible?

Hey, My withdrawal is disabled, im verified for years, contacted a month ago and support said it takes up to 30 days avg, now its passed, contacted again and some nice agent said its checking by security team, I can wait for months this way?!
I have receipts for all of my money in binance, never did anything illegal, fully verified, I mostly send money not get money and not big amounts. Half of my salary is there, support cannot help ne much only robotic answers of “one day you will get answer” and “we have rights to not return your accounts even if you did nothing” responds. Why?

Recently we received the info that Binance now has a new € fiat partner. When i try to add funds to my Binance account , i get a pop up to link my bank account!
I have some question:
Why do i need to link my account with your partner to make sepa deposit ?
Why i need to allow the monitoring of my account balance by your partner ?
Last and most important , they request my bank account credential? This breaks all security rules, including yours , never give cause you will never ask for them.

I swapped my BNB tokens from Metamask on PanCakeSwap to USDT Tether. Once my USDT was on Metamask, I transferred them to Coinbase. I was not aware that USDT Tether on the BNB network was different than USDT Tether on ETH network. Is there anything that can be done to get my USDT back?
Hi, my cashback issue where they mistakenly instead of 4% given me 3%, after a week they confirmed they have mistake and gave me waiting for 1 month, deadline November 5. I take all screenshots as a proof and I do not believe Binance any more, i hardly believe they give me back my missing cashback + what about waiting time? + BNB value was very law before 1.5 month. And all my relatives can use EUR spot trade because their funds were much lower than mine. And I cannot EUR trade, only today they enabled withdrawal with fee 1 € which is 0.5€ higher then my relatives have. And eventualy, they say new Spot EUR date is next week Thursday. Sorry Binance, all trust is gone, you reduced cashback limit and now on December 20 Binance card is removed. And I already cannot use it as if I use USDT as payment they charge 5% conversion fee which is even more than 4% BNB. And now USD is very low is it is even more frustrating. Case ID: 110992778

Can someone help me. I’m currently on a winning futures trade on binance and my margin keeps on decreasing. Probably because of the funding rate. Do I need to add to ny margin?
