**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

    I do not have a passkey or usb authenticator. It keeps asking me for one. I have 2fa though and I always have to click “Try other methods” and do it that way instead. It’s very slow.

    **Binance p2p account suspended**

    I just wanted to start out as a p2p advertiser.. however the minimum requirements to become an advertiser was 20 trades in the last 30 days and out of which 10 trades with unique counterparties..

    So i started out my trades of the lowest amount possible with random people and it turns out that i have repeated trades with 2-3 of them..

    Binance decided that i was self trading and has suspended my account. I have provided them with all the proof showing my bank statement but no avail.. is there anything that can be done to lift the ban?

    Maybe someone has encountered this situation?

    Any other easier to use on ramp ?
    Was doing USD and EURO but now these 2 are no longer functional and the only option to deposit FIAT I have is either via P2P or Zen app. Both methods aren’t very good , provide dubios errors or the sellers (P2P) ha e some unrealistic expectations like having account worth 1 BTC.

    Any other possibility ? Preferably in a more commercial currency like USD or Eur ?

    PaySafe suspended my account as of now and I can’t withdraw OR open orders using the EUR I have in my spot wallet. Is there any estimate for how long my funds will be stuck in limbo? Is there any other way to exchange these EUR into a crypto? Also, if Binance finds a new partner for EUR transactions where will it be communicated?

    I keep having an issue where i buy BTC, and don’t receive the mount i pay for, it’s like there’s hidden fees, i paid for £430 of BTC, £7 of fees or whatever, and i ended up with £407 in my wallet, and seeing as i already had about £8 in there, i lost £31 worth of BTC seemingly to nothing?

    Binance has added WBETH as a crypto-loan collateral asset.
    Unlike other tokens which are available on many CEXs and DEXs, WBETH currently doesn’t have much liquidity, it is only available for trading on Binance + PancakeSwape. How does Binance calculate WBETH price index? Technically, Binance also warrants a specific exchange rate for WBETH<=>BETH<=>ETH via the ETH staking dashboard, does it take into account the price index?

    In general, is it risky to borrow assets on Binance crypto-loan using a low-liquidity asset as collateral (in case of a flash crash, or glitch…)?

    I’m wondering if Binance has the option (as TradingView does) to export the current chart data. I know that I can grab candle data from their downloads area but I’m hoping to download a CVS or equivalent with the data from the chart with all the indicators I use. That is, with values for the asset and the indicators at each time point. Anyone know if this is possible?

    I am a duel US and German citizen

    several years ago i got into crypto on coinbase, but it was a failed and shortlived endeavor,

    In a month or so I will be moving to Germany and starting a new live, and i have a couple questions.
    If i sign up for [binance.us](https://binance.us) now, can i transfer everything over to regular binance in germany?

    If i travel between the two nations regularly should i have two accounts and what kind of information do i need to sign up in germany? I already have a ID card but i dont know anything else.

    should i just wait to set up accounts wallets etc until im there in europe to save the hassle?

    I’ve made a SEPA EUR withdrawal on Wed Aug 30 and they money didn’t arrive in my account. Afterwards I submitted an appeal and I got an email that my “appeal was approved”. However neither the email nor the CS agents are able to explain what exactly that means because the money weren’t returned to my Binance account nor did they arrive in my bank.
