**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**
● Report hacked accounts and funds.
● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.
**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**
● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.
● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

Why me ? What did I wrong ? Could you please explain why my account received this refusal of service? Is there a specific reason for it? Is Paysafe discontinuing its services altogether, or is this specific to my account only? Can you provide any insight or speculation on the reasons behind this action?”

I’ve made a SEPA EUR withdrawal on Wed Aug 30 and they money didn’t arrive in my account. Afterwards I submitted an appeal and I got an email that my “appeal was approved”. However neither the email nor the CS agents are able to explain what exactly that means because the money weren’t returned to my Binance account nor did they arrive in my bank.
Good afternoon Binance support team I am a very distraught, frustrated and a very stressful customer I have been a good customer for almost 6 years yet my account was barred with error code RW00142, for almost 41 days (including weekends )and counting, This is how you all treat customers? My case ID 109170849 ! This is dehumanizing and disrespectful is as if we as customers/ users has no right ? Doesn’t matter how many cases pending to actually barred someone for a simple matter for almost 42 days can’t be justifiable!! Coinbase allowed all not supporting countries customers to withdraw, Paxful did the same, blockchain also why is it this practice of locking users funds for so long is widespread on binance ! Please man I wait enough I need a solution or we all who are suffering this same faith will consult a replicable law firm. This is too much.

How do I view my BNB history of fees I’ve paid? I’ve downloaded transaction reports for the last 3 years and none of them show any fees (or deposits or withdrawals). The tax office is going to want to know where all my bnb has gone and I can’t find how to get a record of it.
*Note: I can see sales and purchases of BNB. I need to see a record of fees that I’ve paid in BNB.

Who has an issue getting the full transaction history log from Binance? I am in a perpetual chat with Binance support desk and get a constant we can not help, we can not commit to a deadline.
Currently facing this issue due to transfer to account to Coinmerce. Binance and Coinmerce ffed up because Binance did not provide the transaction history log. Coinmerce also ffed up because they knew they would ask for it and/or would have a need for this. For Binance it is a very low prio, perhaps it will be a hard battle / legal issue for the former clients?
Yesterday I was triggered by a specific f-up at in the Binance chat. The chat was disabled for me for approx 24 hrs. This shows how frustrating it can be for us no-no, until we are somebody or can group.
Do they really expect people to stay calm, not frustrated and not trough any fucks, bullshit in the chat?
My case to download the full history is open for ~2-3 weeks. All functionality pages forwarded to 1 page. Been stuck with a vicious circle of your support/chat. Hello, i wanted to make a refund of a card purchase which finally shows completed ater 2 weeks. Now when i pick it and get to the chat bot, it only shows the last 5-6 transactions, but not this one. what am i doing now?

Well Paysafe closed early for me. Hopefully Binance manages to get a new EUR fiat partner ASAP. Just a reminder that Paysafe will stop offering fiat services to all Binance customers on the 25th of September.

Case ID 109094702. I have been trying to establish why I was overcharged on a BTC spot buy. I was given a quote, clicked confirm and was shocked to see that my purchase was settled at a price around 15% higher than quoted. I provided transaction ID so it’s easy enough to check my transaction details against the spot price at the time. I have been waiting 9 days on a response. Before that I opened a previous chat for the same thing and this was closed minutes after I was told I’d have a response within 48 hours. Can someone check this please? Thank you.

Logged in with password. Verified email. Asked to ‘reset’ phone and put in new phone number. It gave me a code telling me to scan it in app.
I installed app and scanned, finally through face recognition, then the app then asks me to log in with username / password, then asks me to confirm by email and … phone. The old phone number.

But in germany I will be an expat (no ID but passport) and I will have a offical bank account. How can I withdraw money from binance to my bank account in germany?
I feel like finance is closing accounts, locking accounts and then hoping people don’t call in for the small amounts of money. I’ve had nothing but trouble with them. They blocked my account they asked for verification constantly. Either servers are horrible. Their updates are in adequate or their customer service is just pitiful. I’m thinking of filing a federal complaint against them because it’s the Second time they’ve done this and then they tell me they’re going to keep my deposit and not send it to me. Unacceptable.
