**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**
● Report hacked accounts and funds.
● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.
**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**
● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.

I’ve had my account on Binance for about 4 years.
I am a P2P merchant trading and using the platform daily.
I have over 5500 P2P trades with 100% positive feedback.
Never violated Binance terms and conditions either.
Binance send me an email stating that they are terminating my account in 7 days and DO NOT PROVIDE the reason for my termination.

Hi, can anyone help? In the UK, apparently binance have blocked GBP orders. Is it still safe to use and how would I get my money out?
I tried to sell BTC through wise on the binance app, it connected me with a guy and he said he can’t send me the money as I am not verified. I am verified and just received money from a friend so why can’t he send me money?
Sure I can convert my aud to usdt, but my bank account doesn’t accept usdt and no shop in the world I know of does. So a company the size of Binance can take my money but not give it back. There are heaps of ways to deposit aud and Binance can’t come up with one. P2P sure, but when you look into it you can’t actually place an ad. This would be funny if it wasn’t so ridiculous.
You have turned GDP asset trading off again. It was on a few days ago. When will it be back on again. You can’t keep switching it on and off like this.

They just end the case by the counterparty has no fund left and should report to the Law Enforcement Agency. All my appeal and cases are end like this and i lost alots from binance. So I’m a United States citizen and was using a VPN so I could buy crypto on Binance versus Binance.us.
A few years ago they made it so everyone needed to KYC in order to buy and trade and would limit the amount you could withdraw from their exchange until you KYC’d. I wasn’t able to remove all of it and still have some funds on the exchange which I haven’t been able to remove for over a year. I’m not sure what to do. If I share my identity as a US resident will they let me make on final removal? Or am I screwed and can never get my remaining balance?

Hi guys I’ve been trading since 2 years now on binance and i haven’t seen the issues happened what I’m facing currently. I use to buy and sell on binance p2p and have done large transfers. But this month was literally very bad for me i was selling usdt on p2p as usual suddenly my account was blocked. I never deal with 3rd party still my account was blocked. Not only my account but the other account whom I’ve transferred money to. So when I found the root of it. I found that there’s many many fake accounts on binance with the same bank. And that are being sold. So what these scammers does it. They scam people and asked them to transfer money to a fake bank account and then they buy usdt from that bank account. At the end after a day or 2 or even a week fraud complaint is registered not only the buyer bank account is blocked but also sellers accounts and the account of some people whom the seller has transferred money. These people even buy 2rs more than market rate. They scam people in the name of betting. games, fake iphones etc… Because of innocent dumb people our account can be blocked. There’s not 1 or 2 but dozens of fake accounts on binance. They specially use imps transfer only. So i request you guys whenever you’re trading for safety purposes ask pan, Adhar or even bank statement so you’re safe. I’m suffering already with this and also my friends. Total 10L inr is stuck and I don’t have any way yet to unfreeze it.

Hi Binance! You temporarily blocked the account since April 4, and until now, and it’s been more than a month and did not say what the reason is! All the more sad that in support you will solve the problem ASAP but waiting more than a month is not ASAP!!!!! Moreover, I have not violated any rules, and the deposit is about (because of you got a margin call) 200 dollars is too small to violate anything. I have been trading with you for 3 years and everything was fine. My account is verified, the account is from Europe (Latvia). I attached a selfie with my passport just in case, to make sure the account was not stolen. It is absolutely not clear what is the matter. I already have great patience, but this is too much. Now I will tell EVERYWHERE I can about this case, maybe it will make you guys act a little faster. And I will not get tired of telling about it for years, because the deposit on the exchange that I put was earned too hard to just leave it there. I spent the whole fucking winter walking around in old rags and saving on everything to save it up! HATE

So according to third point there is no return of investment. So if I let’s suppose invest 2k USDT and at the end of the period i.e 6 months I’m only getting around 1k back as profit according to formulas calculations at [this page](https://pool.binance.com/en/cloud) , this implies I’m not even recovering my investment and in net lose of 1k USDT and on top of that this attached note saying Binance will not return investment.
Can any one please guide me on that

With the recent announcement to withdraw from Canada, I would like to understand what actions I need to take and what functionality will be restricted on Binance and what won’t.
If I currently hold crypto on Binance, can I continue to hold those positions past Oct 1,2023? No further buy trades anticipated.
Will I be able to sell those positions after Oct 1,2023 or only transfer them to another exchange?
Is there somewhere I can find out exactly what services will be restricted and which will still be available?
I would prefer not to move everything off the exchange so I need some clarity on how this affects Canadians.

How can I use the BTC (SegWit) option to withdraw my BTC from Binance? When I try to withdraw by using a SegWit native address I only get to choose between BNB smart chain, BTC (for a fee of 0.001 BTC) or ERC20 but I can’t seem to find the SegWit option in the Binance App.

This is for people who are having Source of Funds or EDD verification issues.
I am having Verified plus level verification, approved by Binance, provided documents back till 2022 January, every single transactions from/to my bank, not just transfers from/to Binance. However till today I am still unable to withdraw fiat or crypto, stating I have to submit Source of Funds verification.
I reopened my original case 2 times, no resolution. I opened a new case tonight and had a chat with the support:
As per their statement my issue is with their partner, PaySafe, since they also have to verify the funds. And I should wait 1-2 days and if not resolved then reopen this new case. (Let’s see how it will go.)
So those who are having similar issue, you might have the issue with PaySafe.
Binance Support moderators/admins:
if it’s true that the verification process also depends on your partner, wouldn’t be possible to put this on the website so people can see and be informed? I had to be transferd at least 10 times in my support case(s) till I received a usable information. I don’t want to spread FUD or anything, just would be better if the people have information what is going on in their cases or what is happening with their money.
