**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

    Every time I buy bitcoin in Binance with my debit card it charges me around 2 dollar more than it says, my last buy was 35 bucks with a transaction fee of 71 cents, but it took away 2 dollars.

    Case ID #76038929. I’m unable to do anything because of ‘Identity Verification Unsuccessful’. Further, the button to verify identity on my account info page is greyed out. I can’t do anything. I have been waiting in the chat for a response for over 24 hours, its absurd that an account with such a low balance and activity is treated this way, I just want to use my wallet.

    Is there any way of setting a stop loss when entering a stop order?

    It was possible with FTX, for example, but I can’t find a way to do it on Binance and it sucks.

    I would like to have assistance with a deposit of INJ to my Binance account. I noticed too late that the Ethereum network was not supported for INJ deposits.

    Is there a way I can still recover my INJ send to Binance on the Ethereum chain?

    Has anyone noticed withdrawals being down?

    I’ve tried several times in the past week to withdraw a small amount of HBAR (25-50k HBAR) and it won’t even send the verification email. My email is correct and works. Not in spam. I know this isn’t an official help, but I can’t get in touch with anyone. Has anyone had withdrawal issues? It says withdrawal and deposit for HBAR is “normal” status.

As it claims to be a “help group for issues and problems” or is there a way for people to get your number from binance?     Hi all! I want to tell an unpleasant story. I traded on Binance for 3 years without any problems. I did nothing against the rules of the exchange and the deposit there is very small to violate anything. About 200 dollars. Before that I had withdrawn some money to tron (~ of 200 dollars) and LTC (1-1.5). Didn’t withdraw everything in one day. And on April 4 I got a message – we temporarily disabled login function in your account. Please contact our support team. I wrote to support and they finally said wait 30 days, we’ll see what happened. I had a margin call because I couldn’t log in. I didn’t know why they restricted logging in, there was still money in the exchange that I had earned through hard work at my day job. If I can’t get my money out of there within 30 days, there will be maximum reposting everywhere, the money is too hard to just leave it there. If even with such small deposits problems what serious trading, staking, position trading can we talk about!

    Maybe here can find some help,
    Cannot withdraw from my binance account (RW00142) for no reason, and it’s over a month.
    I contacted support a few times, and the answer is always ‘please wait’ asked them how much time should wait for reply from you, they say, we don’t know this info just be patient.
    My account fully verified and I’m already over a month with this state, with no reply from binance.
    It’s interfere with my plans for trade etc and already missed some opportunities… This insane..
    The most frustrating is no answer or time frame estimation to end this situation.

    * actually CS did gave me time frame once, it was that they will reply / contact me up to 30 days.. Which passed and nothing happened. When re contact they just said, please continue to wait patiently, but no time limits this time

    Is anyone came across this RW00142 issue? What was your solution if any? And the time frame.

    Case ID #103293825 **RESOLVED with payment received on 12th April 2023 at 09:02.**

    Issue with the transfer of EUR fiat (SEPA) from [Binance.com](https://Binance.com) to a German bank via SEPA. The money never arrived and I received the “transfer successful” email from Binance on April 6th at 19:45, However the transfer was initiated at 06:55. I have called the bank and they said that only the sender can do anything as the transaction does not even register in their system yet. I have previously done several transfers via SEPA from Binance to this same account. I never had issues before. All previous transfers took 2-5 hours to complete. This one has taken 5 days. I know the Easter vacation may have impacted this and Binance had maintenance that could delay SEPA transfers, but I really expected that the cash would duly arrive on Tuesday 11th. It is a working day across the EU. The transfer should have completed by now.

    Raised with support and am going through the usual rigmarole of being transferred to a specialist team that takes eons to answer.

    I am currently having the following issue with my verification: I am an Italian citizen in possession of an Italian passport. Thus, when I started my verification process, I uploaded my passport as a document. However, I do not live in Italy anymore, but my residence is in Switzerland. It says that my verification failed, and when I try to verify again, I cannot change the country of my residential address from Italy to Switzerland and, therefore, I am not able to complete my verification. How can this one be changed?

    What is the current status of SEPA transfers to and from Binance?

    Binance withdrawal page says there might be delays due to bank maintenance. Is there an ETA for the end of said maintenance? Is Binance changing their banking partner or is this something smaller?

    Also, would love to get SEPA instant supported. Waiting for bank transfers seems so unnecessary when SEPA instant exists.

    I’m currently staking on [bnbchain.org](https://bnbchain.org) (which according to my understanding is the Binance Beacon Chain BEP2 and not the Binance Smart Chain BEP20) using the Binance Wallet. As far as I know the Binance Wallet is becoming obsolete and should be replaced with Trust Wallet. But can I use the desktop browser plugin version of Trust Wallet to stake on [bnbchain.org](https://bnbchain.org)? How do I add the BEP2 chain to it?

    I know that staking in Trust Wallet mobile is possible, but I would like to do it with the desktop browser plugin version.
