Missing Transactions for Taxes

I know many of us have been struggling to accurately complete our taxes because the transaction history provided by Kucoin was incomplete. I used a lot of margin, and that seems to be the source of most, or perhaps all, of the missing data. In my case, I pointed out to support that I have a forced liquidation email from them, but that the records they sent me previously don’t include any transactions at all from that particular date. They have responded asking for more detailed information about the missing trades, but I’m starting to wonder if it’s even worth the effort since they could easily come back and say that they still were unable to retrieve the missing information. I have no idea if the issue with Kucoin is that some of their records were lost/never kept in the first place, or if they actually have all of the data, but are simply having issues with exporting it for their customers. I will go to the trouble of providing them what they’ve asked for if there is anybody here who was able to get complete records from Kucoin after previously receiving incomplete ones.

Edit: API is not an option, so I have to rely on exported csv files.
