I slept through the Huobi US account freeze, now I am attempting to regain my assets

I have several thousand dollars worth of crypto sitting in a frozen Huobi account. I was completely out of the game during the freeze and am just now attempting to contact the company and (hopefully) regain access to my assets.

I have emailed support, but was wondering if there were any other avenues I can take to go about this.
