Trying to retrieve KCS from HT wallet
My friend’s son sent sent him some KCS from Kucoin exchange to his HT address at Huobi. Since both are ERC-20 I figured it wouldn’t be very hard to retrieve them. But the support wasn’t so keen on helping him.
They basically said that it is possible if KCS is listed on their platform but since it isn’t there yet, nothing they can do.

I mean, if you guys know anyone at Huobi who might help or somebody else who can do something – it would be appreciated. The situation is a bit stupid but still he hopes he can get his funds back because no one knows when the KCS will be listed on Huobi.
