Address verification is making my head hurt
I am trying to verify my address with a bank statement but it keeps being rejected. At first I blacked out my bank balance and it said I can’t edit my photos. Then I made another photo, keeping my bank balance info out of sight but all the information binance wants is seen. Now it is saying I should just upload the whole pdf statement. Why do YOU NEED TO SEE MY BANK BALANCE DETAILS? Oh that’s funny, it’s saying I can redact some info but isn’t that editing? WTF?
I think about just withdrawing everything and going to Coinbase instead. This is ridiculous, what when EU decides I need to prove my gender I will have to take a selfie with my clothes off? Not even the support knows why I am getting rejected
Why dont you just send some bill ? The address should be the same that you chose and thats all.

Try to upload a residence certificate, it worked for me. Just fill the form with whatever option and upload a residence certificate
For verifying your address are you using an online bank account or are you using a high street bank?
Did you screenshot an online statement or take a pic of a physical bank statement?
It shouldn’t make a difference because it’s address verification not bank account verification.

Get your money out if they won’t accept you and move over to Bybit where KYC is not mandatory.

Its not that hard just follow the below rules

Bank statement – if you make a picture of the paper make sure everything is visibile
your address name and the date has to be visible (NOT OLDER THEN 3 months) read the god damn faq

other than that transactions need to be visible on the bank statement i got rejected because i did not know that – lesson learned
