adress verification failing

I’m trying to get my account verified, I’ve done the process 8 times now with different documents and it keeps failing.

It’s a recent bank statement, with dates, transfer history, the address letter for letter exactly the same.

Everytime i get a different reason why it fails, but all to do with the address… I can’t give anything else then my actual adress, but binance seem to think it’s wrong.

What can I do? Can I get in contact with an actual human beeing? I’ve lost a shitton of money by pissing around these last 7 days…

    The address layout has to match exactly the document you are providing. Mine failed because I didn’t put a space in the correct place. Good luck!

    The ID card you update needs to be the same as your address. Upload tow photos and your selfie clear . Then download an Authenticator to complete 2FA verification.
