Kucoin support have been little to no help with fixing my issue.
I’ve tried for the last two days.
I’ve tried everything.
Log out and back in, clear cache on everything, rety in 30 mins which I’ve done 15 times now, check my spam folder, whitelist Kucoin, spokem to the guys at Gmail. Different browsers, desktop and mobile.
Support are literally doing nothing but saying try again later. I’ve got a lot of money in my account with active trades that need managing.
Support actually do not care…
I’ve been stuck on the Device Authorization email getting nothing from KuCoin at all.
