It says required minimum deposit and you deposited less than that. Not a scam

Either you’re too young to understand what you’re doing, or too old to know how to do this properly.

Dude when you generate the adress to recieve the deposit on binance, it literally says “Minimum deposit:”

In crypto you are your own bank and you are responsible for your actions. Everyone wants the freedom of decentralized systems but nobody wants to pay the price, a simple fact that if you fuck up, youll lose those assets…..

Binance doesn’t control the polkadot ledger transfers, the minimum is technically 1 dot but if you count the transfer/gas fee you have to send a bit more than 1 (I think it’s around 0.02dot) for a transfer to go through.

This would happen with any other wallet using polkadot chain, its not a Binance issue.

Don’t send money and crypto, binance will from your source of wealth declaration and the declaration will only failed. Be careful.
