I submitted a ticket a week ago, then found that it was marked as ‘solved’ with no notification or response. I opened a new ticket and it was immediately marked as ‘solved’.

I saw a previous post about this that was removed. Are other people experiencing the same issue ?

I thought maybe it was the ticket type a chose, and chose another ticket type and again it was immediately marked as solved.

I have some serious coin on the line and am pretty disappointed that my identity verification completed yet my support tickets go unanswered?

Any help from binance with the following ticket (and followup ticket) would be greatly appreciated as I am unsure of where else to turn.
